I was always an active person, but I had never taken my fitness to the next level. Sure, I went to the gym occasionally and did some cardio, but that was about the extent of it. I wanted to challenge myself and really get a full-body workout. That’s why I decided to try out the 7 Exercises for a Full Body Workout.
I started off with squats. I was pretty intimidated at first – I had never done anything like this before – but I stuck with it. I was amazed at how quickly my body adapted and got stronger. Soon, I was able to do more reps and increase the weight.
Next, I tried out the burpees. Again, I was a little scared at first. I mean, they’re pretty intense! But, I was determined to push through it. As I kept going, I got more and more into it. I pushed myself harder and harder each time and felt the burn with every rep.
Third on the list was the plank. I had heard about this exercise before, but I had never done it. I was surprised at how difficult it was, but I kept at it. After a few weeks of practice, I was able to do the full two minutes without taking a break.
The fourth exercise was the Russian twist. This was probably the hardest one for me. I had to really focus and make sure my form was perfect. Eventually, I was able to do it without any difficulty.
The fifth exercise was the lunge. I had to really work on my balance for this one. I was determined to get it right, so I practiced until I felt confident.
The sixth exercise was the mountain climber. This was a great workout for my whole body and it really got my heart rate up. I was surprised at how hard it was, but I pushed through and made it to the end.
Finally, the seventh exercise was the push-up. I had done push-ups before, but this time I was determined to do it correctly and with good form. I was amazed at how strong I felt after a few weeks of practice.
I’m so glad I decided to try out these 7 Exercises for a Full Body Workout. I definitely feel stronger and more confident in my body. I’m going to continue to challenge myself and push myself further. Who knows, maybe I’ll even take up a new sport or two!
