Best Types of Exercise for Burning Fat

When I first started trying to get in shape, I had no idea what the best type of exercise was for burning fat. All I knew was that I wanted to be healthier and look better. So, I started by researching different types of exercise and their benefits.

I quickly learned that different types of exercise had different effects on the body and that some were better for burning fat than others. High intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training were two of the best types of exercise for burning fat.

I decided to start with HIIT since it was a great way to get a full-body workout in a short amount of time. I started doing HIIT workouts three times a week and gradually increased the intensity and duration as I got better. After a few weeks, I was already noticing a difference in my body. The extra fat was starting to disappear and I was feeling more energetic and fit.

After a few months of HIIT, I decided to add strength training to my routine. I started slow, with light weights and bodyweight exercises, and gradually increased the intensity over time. I focused on exercises that targeted the major muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, and push-ups. After a few months of strength training, I noticed that my body was more toned and my strength was increasing.

I was happy with the progress I had made and decided to keep up with both HIIT and strength training. I continued to switch up my workouts and increase the intensity to keep my body guessing and prevent plateaus.

After a year of HIIT and strength training, I was amazed by the transformation. I had lost a lot of fat and gained muscle, which had made me look and feel great. Not only was I in the best shape of my life, but I was also healthier and more confident.

I’m glad that I took the time to learn about the best types of exercise for burning fat and to stick with it. It was definitely worth the effort!
