I used to be a busy person who thought I just didn’t have time to exercise. I was constantly running from one commitment to the next and felt like I had no energy to spare for anything else. But then I decided to make a change. I knew that I needed to prioritize my health, and so I set out to figure out how to exercise on my busy schedule.
At first, I started small. I began by simply taking walks around my neighborhood. I made sure to set aside at least 15 minutes a day to get some fresh air and move my body. This was a great way for me to clear my head and get the physical activity my body was craving.
As my schedule got busier, I had to get creative. I started looking for ways to exercise that didn’t require me to leave my house. I tried a variety of online workouts, from yoga to HIIT. I also explored some other low-impact options, like tai chi and pilates.
I also began to look for ways to work exercise into my daily routine. For example, I started taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and I took walks during my lunch break at work. I also started parking my car further away from my destination so I could get in a few extra steps.
I also changed my approach to exercise. Instead of trying to squeeze in a full workout each day, I started breaking it up into smaller chunks throughout the day. This allowed me to get in at least some activity, even if I didn’t have time for a full workout.
It took some time, but eventually I was able to figure out how to exercise on a busy schedule. It wasn’t always easy, but with a little creativity and dedication, I was able to make time for physical activity and prioritize my health.
