How to Make Healthy Breakfast

I remember when I was younger, my mom used to make me a healthy breakfast every morning. She would always make sure that I had a balanced meal with plenty of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. She would also make sure that I had a variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from.
